The Village of Williamsville is participating in the 2014 update of the Sangamon County Multi-jurisdictional Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan. The plan update process was initiated in June 2014 and a draft of the updated plan is targeted for release in February 2015. The Multi-jurisdictional Natural Disaster Mitigation Plan page is on the Sangamon County's Regional Planning Commission website.
