How to Pay Your Water Bill


We are always striving to make paying your water/sewer bills as simple as possible. We currently offer the following options for your payments:

  • Customers may pay their water/sewer bill at the Village Hall during office hours or use the drop box outside the door which is available 24 hours a day. You may also mail your bill, but please allow mailing time.
  • The Williamsville State Bank and Trust (both Williamsville and Sherman branches) will accept payments (with your bill stub) through the 20th of the month. Check is the only method of payment.
  • United Community Bank in Sherman is now accepting payments (with your bill stub) through the 20th of the month. Check is the only acceptable method of payment.
  • Customers may sign up for direct debit and their checking account will be debited on the 20th of the month for the billed amount. This guarantees no late fees or postage charges.
  • Using the e-Pay option on the Village website, customers may use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express debit or credit card to pay their bill. Credit card companies charge a convenience fee for using this service. Neither the Village nor the State Treasurer's Office receives any revenue from the fee.

When making payments online through your bank, please allow for mailing time. We do not receive electronic payments, so your bank will actually print and mail us a check. This may mean that your payment will arrive late if it's not scheduled well in advance. Payments received after the 20th of the month will be charged a 10% late fee.

The Village of Williamsville continually strives to meet the needs of it's residents, therefore we have taken the necessary steps to provide you with the availability of paying your Village Water/Sewer bills 24 hours a day over the Internet.
  • Please note: You will need your bill present while performing your transaction.
  • Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or debit cards.
  • A minimal convenience fee is charged with each transaction, however the fee is not charged or collected by the Village of Williamsville.
