How to Pay Your Water Bill
We are always striving to make paying your water/sewer bills as simple as possible. We currently offer the following options for your payments:
When making payments online through your bank, please allow for mailing time. We do not receive electronic payments, so your bank will actually print and mail us a check. This may mean that your payment will arrive late if it's not scheduled well in advance. Payments received after the 20th of the month will be charged a 10% late fee.

- Customers may pay their water/sewer bill at the Village Hall during office hours or use the drop box outside the door which is available 24 hours a day. You may also mail your bill, but please allow for mailing time. Payments are posted as they are received, not based on the date they are written out, so taking into account mail time is important.
- United Community Bank and Williamsville State Bank and Trust (both Williamsville and Sherman branches) will accept payments via check. Cash is not accepted through the banks.
- Customers may sign up for direct debit, and their checking account will be debited on the 20th of the month for the billed amount. If the 20th falls on a holiday or weekend, your payment will be deducted the next business day. This guarantees no late fees or postage charges.
- Using the e-Pay option on the Village website, customers may use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express debit or credit card to pay their bill. Credit card companies charge a convenience fee for using this service. Neither the Village nor the State Treasurer's Office receives any revenue from the fee.

- A minimal convenience fee is charged with each transaction, however the fee is not charged or collected by the Village of Williamsville.
