Please note: Building permit applications may be dropped off or mailed to: Village Hall, 141 W. Main Street, Williamsville, IL 62693. You may also email the completed form to [email protected]. Effective 1/1/2025: The Village of Williamsville has entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Sangamon County for the building permit process. The Village of Williamsville will be issuing permits for the following:
Any other project will be directed to Sangamon County. The process still needs to begin at The Village of Williamsville and a project review fee of $50 will apply. The form to begin this process is Building Permit Sangamon County listed to the right. Once the $50 fee is paid to the Village of Williamsville, we will submit our approval/denial to Sangamon County. A permit will need to be completed with them along with any applicable fees. A link to their website is listed below. |
