"When do you send out water bills to customers"
Water bills go out at the beginning of the month, and they are always due on the 20th of each month. We recommend giving us a call or stopping by the Village Hall if you have not received your bill shortly after the first week of the month.

"What if I can’t make it up to the Village Hall during business hours to pay my bill?"
We understand our business hours do not fit everyone’s schedule; so, we offer many platforms to pay your water bill if you are not able to make it to the office during normal business hours.

- Paying in cash - You can always drop the payment off in an envelope in our drop box outside the Village Hall.
- Paying by check – You can use our drop box or drop your payment off at United Community Bank in Sherman or at Williamsville State Bank in Sherman and Williamsville.
- Mailing your payment – You may mail your payment to us, but please remember it will take a few days for us to receive the payment in the mail. Payments are due on the 20th, so give yourself extra time for your payment to arrive in time. Payments are entered on the date they are received.
- Paying by card – You can pay your bill online using our ePay system. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. Your card processing company will typically charge a small fee, but the Village of Williamsville does not charge to use this service.
- Direct Debit – This is a free service the Village of Williamsville offers. You can sign up by filling out a direct debit form, which can be found on our website or in our office. Submit the form with a voided check or deposit slip. You will still receive a bill in the mail showing you how much your bill is. Then on the 20th of each month, your account will automatically be debited. If the 20th falls on a holiday or a weekend, it will be debited the next business day.

Rates increased in May 2022. Williamsville's minimum bill is currently $42.77, and Sherman's is $38.33.

"How much does it cost to fill my pool?"
You may contact the Village Hall to receive an estimate on how much it will cost to fill your pool. If you can let us know how many gallons the pool holds, we can work to get you an estimate of how much it will cost. Please note, this is only an estimate.

"How much does it cost to rent the community center and the depot?"
The majority of events at the community center require a deposit of $175 and a rental fee of $175. The deposit is refunded if the community center is left clean and without damages. When you sign the contract to reserve the community center you will receive a list of regulations for renting the community center, which will go through all the details to follow in order to get the deposit back.
The depot was recently updated and will now be taking reservations for small gatherings and parties. The depot holds 30-35 people comfortably. There is a $50 deposit that will be refunded to you as long as it is left clean and without damages. The rental fee for Williamsville residents is $50 and the fee for individuals outside the Village of Williamsville is $75. When you sign the contract to reserve the depot, you will receive a list of regulations to follow in order to receive your deposit back.

To reserve the pavilion, you can call the Village Hall during normal business hours. We do not put up reserved signs at the pavilion, so if someone is there when you arrive, you will need to let them know you called and have the pavilion reserved. There is no fee to reserve the pavilion; however, donations are accepted. Please note during the summer months, the park is promised to the Summer Little League Baseball program, and alcohol is not allowed at the pavilion. If you have any other questions regarding the pavilion or to reserve it, please call the Village Hall at 217-566-3806.
