Main Street, Williamsville, IL 62693. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened.
The proposed project consists of resurfacing/maintenance to the tennis, pickleball and basketball courts located at Samuel Jones Park (706 E Main St, Williamsville, Il):
Prevailing wage must be figured within. The Village of Williamsville reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. For any questions, please call 217-566-3806. The Village of Williamsville is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HC CC - 4WD Cab133.6 WB, Work Truck or comparable with a 9.6" V Plow and utility body. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on March 29, 2023. Bids will be opened on March 29, 2023 at the Village Hall. The Village of Williamsville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Please call the Village Hall for specifications and/or questions at 217-566-3806. The Village of Williamsville has a gas stove out for bid. Sealed bids are due on Friday, February 24 at 11:30 p.m. The Village of Williamsville has the right to approve or deny any bid.
Picnic in the Park was originally scheduled for May 21, but after realizing that is the same day as Williamsville High School’s graduation, the Williamsville Community Foundation has decided to reschedule it so more families are able to join us. The event is now in conjunction with the Fourth of July Celebration on July 2! More details will be available closer to the event on the Village of Williamsville’s website and the WCF’s Facebook page!
The Garden Club Petunia Fundraiser will be back again this spring. Mark your calendar! It will be on Friday, May 12 from 4 pm to 7 pm. It will be held a the Roll of Honor on the boulevard.
