The Village of Williamsville is excited to announce paperless billing is now available to all customers! Residents now have the option get a copy of their water/sewer bill emailed instead of receiving a postcard in the mail. How does paperless billing work? Residents that wish to participate in paperless billing would receive a copy of their bill sent to directly to their email address instead of in the mail at the beginning of the month. Residents that do not wish to participate in paperless billing would still receive a postcard in the mail. What are some benefits of paperless billing? Paperless billing offers great benefits to the Village of Williamsville and residents. First, it keeps costs down, which in the end, also benefits residents. Also, the Village of Williamsville has recently received multiple phone calls from residents not receiving their bill in the mail. Unfortunately, bills sometimes get lost in the mail, and paperless billing ensures that residents will receive their bill without any hassle or issues. Also, if you misplace your bill, you would be able to pull your bill up again to verify the amount due. How can you sign up? To sign up for paperless billing, you may contact the Village of Williamsville, complete the form below, or register on our website! If you sign up and realize paperless billing is not for you, you can cancel at any time.
