The Williamsville Overpass is now complete and open! We are excited to have the project finished and open to the community! There was a ceremony for the opening of the overpass on December 23 at 1:00 p.m. The road containing the overpass will be called Valor Parkway.

Please note, unlike past years, the event is Saturday only!
Times: Garage sales will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Clean up will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Garage Sales Information: A directory of garage sales will be available at http://www.il-garagesales.com/, and our website starting September 24. You will also be able to pick up a physical copy at Casey's General Store in Williamsville. Clean Up Information: The Clean Up is only for Williamsville and Williams Township Residents! BLH Computers, Inc. will be accepting CRTs and TVs from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Residents will pay $20 to $40 for televisions (depending on the size) and $20 for CRT monitors. They will not be handing out coupons/vouchers this year! Any changes to the event will be posted here! The Village of Williamsville is accepting sealed bids for a renovation project on the Williamsville Community Center, located at 141 West Main Street, Williamsville. For a copy of the Project Manual and bidding information, contact the Village Hall at 217-566-3806. Project manual and bidding information can also be picked up at the Village Hall during normal business hours. Bids due on August 28th at 1:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 141 West Main Street, Williamsville, IL. The Village of Williamsville reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing at the Williamsville Village Hall on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. to hear two requests for variance. The first request by Margaret Kelly, property located at 225 East Harpole for a variance to allow construction of a Garage with a distance from the property line of six feet as opposed to village ordinance which states, a building or structure cannot be located within ten feet of the side property line. The second request by Matthew and Jill Giacomini, property located at 109 E. Conrey for a variance to allow for an eight foot tall privacy fence as opposed to village ordinance which states, a fence cannot be more than six feet in height. After much consideration, the Williamsville Community Foundation has made many changes to this year's Fall Festival. This fun, family friendly event will be Sunday only, and you will be able to enjoy from your home or safely distanced downtown! The new playground equipment at Samuel H. Jones park in Williamsville is now OPEN! We are excited for our community to finally enjoy it! We are highly recommending parents help their children retain social distancing. Masks are recommended, along with any other safety precautions parents would like to make/take (wipes, sanitizer, etc.) Thank you to everyone who has donated towards the park project! Your donations are greatly appreciated! If you would like to donate, you can make a check out to the Village of Williamsville and note in the memo line that it is for the park fund! The Village of Williamsville's Village Board passed an ordinance on January 27th, 2020's board meeting to increase Williamsville's sewer rates by 20%. This is to help with improvements and infrastructure. The increase was necessary to make updates on the sewer plant improvements that should last 25 years.
The Village of Williamsville is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD CC - 4 WD Regular Cab 146" WB, 60" CA Work Truck or comparable with a 9 ft. Dump Body. Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019.
Bids will be opened on Friday, October 11th at 10:00 a.m. at the Village Hall. The Village of Williamsville reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
