A Message from Tom Yokley, Village President
One of the best things about small town life is the sense of community that exists among the people who live there. For many years, Williamsville has been fortunate enough to have a group of people who care enough to lend their time and expertise to a number of community events each year. With less government funding coming our way, the fact that we have a self-sustaining Community Foundation is very important. This Foundation needs your "hands on" help!
We are actively seeking new members to join the Foundation and help us keep the community spirit alive in Williamsville! We are struggling with a lack of new members and will be unable to continue on with the events that we currently put on, including the Easter Egg Hunt, Fourth of July Celebration, Autumn on the Boulevard, and Santa Comes to Town. You can be as involved as much or as little as you'd like -- we'd love to have you join us! We are open to new ideas and suggestions! If you'd like to sign up, please show up at any meeting -- 6:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each month at the Village Hall. If you'd like to talk about it, please contact me directly at 217-306-0004 or call the Village Hall at 217-566-3806. Thank you for your interest!

The Williamsville Community Foundation was organized in 1989 as exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes within the meaning of a 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. More specifically, the purposes for which the Foundation is organized are:
- To encourage and promote good will and fellowship within the community of Williamsville;
- To promote historic preservation and historic education within the Village of Williamsville; and
- To sponsor fund-raising events to offset the expenses of funding other community related activities.
About our Meetings
The Williamsville Community Foundation meets at 6:30 p.m. on the first Monday of every month at the Williamsville Village Hall. The Foundation encourages those interested in contributing to any of the Foundation's activities to attend a monthly board meeting or contact Foundation President, Bill Fawns. New members are always welcome!
Williamsville Community Foundation funds are made available to support residents in need, including school organizations and community groups. Requests should be presented at the monthly Foundation meeting. For any requests meant to aid residents in need that require confidentiality or anonymity, please contact the Foundation president directly.
